Crab Salad
serves

115g of cooked crab meat
2 tbsp of lemon juice
1 tbsp of parsley
1 tsp of pepper
1 tsp of olive oil

Shred the crabmeat in a bowl with a fork
and add the parsley.
2. Add the oil and the lemon juice.
3. Sprinkle with pepper.
4. Use to stuff crabshells or tomatoes.
5. Chill before serving.
