Carb Diet Low Carb Ice-Cream Mix - Vanilla
Recipe by machine;
To make up 5 servings: Combine 284ml. double cream with
125 ml. water; add25 g. of Ice Cream Mix (4 tbsp.) and
whisk until airy and it has thickened. Add mixture to
the ice cream maker and follow instruction on the maker.
Recipe by hand;
To make up 5 servings: Whip 284ml. double cream until
airy and thick. Combine 75ml. water and 25 g. Ice Cream
Mix (4 tbsp.) in another bowl and whisk for 20 seconds,
fold all together, transfer to a serving tin and freeze
for around 3 hours.

protein powder, polydextrose, soluble fibres, maltitol,
xanthan gum, sodium cyclamate, real vanilla, aspartame,
acesulfame-K and colour (E102, E110).

per 100 g. (and per serving):
Protein: 34,8 g. (1,7 g.); Carbohydrates: 1,6 g. (0,1
g. – final result: 1,7g.); Fat: 0,4 g. (0,0 g.). Fibres
and sugar alcohols are subtracted from the carbohydrate
count.
